Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at outkastsclothing666@hotmail.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will refund the full product price plus original standard shipping costs.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days. We will cover all return postage costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

Hygiene Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: pierced jewellery and earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
